amos here

to long time friends and newbies to mostbloggers.... if you've been tuning in to this blog, you've probably noticed a slew of topic oriented posts. it has been my policy, and personal posting philosophy, to issue a "periodic index" of blog posts. i take a great deal of time (hard to believe i know) writing my blog posts. honestly, i write this blog as if i were writing a blog for myself. i actually read my own posts (even revisiting them) not out of some vain self-love or narcissism. i simply enjoy what i call a "tell and show" method of article writing - a style which i have been trying to improve upon each week (with some clear misses and a few direct hits). in my estimation it is only wise to be a bit organized and to bring up what might be an interesting post or two from the past. my practice has been to try and do this about every 60 posts or so.

the pyra or blogger format doesn't really include topics as a template feature - which btw, is fine with me. however, the reason you are seeing a series of topic indexing posts - is because i am building a topic list. this list will appear in the side bar pretty soon as well.

since i am doing this, i have chosen to post these "topic lists" rather slowly over the course of a week or so. i simply feel it is too much info to dump out all at once. maybe i am wrong as to the best method to do this - but this is the course i have chosen.

i felt a short note was in order - and i hope that even now you'll browse the topic oriented posts and enjoy something that you find.

i am currently composing some new posts and they will begin as soon as i finish dribbling out these topic oriented posts.

thanks for reading and have no worries if you're visits here send you off into other parts of the internet. that's the point and purpose of this blog. it is an ISP blog - a blog that is an ISP. you actually can get great internet service from a blog (and more if you want). however, i tend to write the things i would like for an isp to offer me - which would be relevant posts about interesting things found on the internet. so, if you find this blog to be mostly a sign pointing out stuff you can do online - and if you find yourself surfing through items you find interesting out there - then i have been successful.
